A common utterance within the Professional/Office/Admin/Support (POAS) wings of many organisation. They are of course half right. Lean is for the operations guys, but it is also for every other worker within the organisation. In today’s world of physical distancing, it is even more important for the POAS functions. The “Office” is no longer a place but a virtual entity with many working remotely. It was important before to create FLOW within your processes, it is now imperative to do so if you are to minimise the increase in costs that may occur if it is not correctly managed.
